Nimm das ELITEGROUP P6S5MT (µATX) oder das P6S5AT (ATX). Da kannste 1GB (2x512MB) DDR1-RAM verbauen. Die anderen Boards mit dem i815 Chipsatz können nur max. 512MB SD-RAM verwalten.

Das ist ja kein Intel Chipsatz. Mit SiS und den anderen Kollegen hatte ich nur Probleme (ich sag nur ASRock dual).
Lieber lass ich nur 512 drauf.
Dein MSI 815EPT Pro (MS-6337 V5.0) mit i815EP B-Step ist das zu empfehlen?

Wie der CaptainP schon gesagt hat. Der SiS Chipsatz funktioniert einwandfrei und ist auch noch etwas schneller als der i815EP. Wennste 1GB RAM mit einem P3 verwenden willst, kommste an dem Board nicht vorbei.
Ob das MSI 815EPT Pro zu empfehlen ist ?! Gute Frage, nächste Frage

das Gigabyte GA-6IEML erscheint mir wie ein GA-6OXET in m-ATX. Der Teiler ist ebnso flexibel, und somit lassen sich sämtliche Tualatin-basierten CPUs behandeln wie auf dem großen blauen Bruder.
Derzeit läuft mein Exemplar bei Mutti - außer Onlinebanking, EMail und Fotos ansehen und bearbeiten macht sie nicht viel damit. Der einsvierer Celeron rennt immerhin 124MHz bei CL2 mit den Infineons, ebenso wie auf dem OXET - liegts also an Board, CPU oder RAm das es nicht mit 133 läuft?
Stabil ist es allemal und 100MBit/s Lan sowie Brauchbarer Sound sind onboard. Die onBoard Grafik Schnittstelle reicht für Muttern - aber nicht für alles, was über Youtube hinausgeht.
wie auch immer, dies Board ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Nicht nur für die im Thread geforderten Bedingungen sondern generell als DAS :unwuerdig: P3-S m-ATX Board schlechthin - stromsparend und übertaktungsfreudig
