USB 2.0 Erweiterungskarte für PCI-Steckplatz

Wie der Titel schon sagt: Kann mit jemand eine gute Erweiterungskarte oben genannten Typs empfehlen?

Kann Dir generell Karten mit NEC Chip empfehlen, vor allem bei älteren Systemen gibts da so gut wie nie Probleme mit der Stabilität, ViA verseuchte Ware klaut sich hier gerne ma 100% CPU-Last bei Zugriff oder macht das System instabil
benutze selbst 3-Port Karten von Belkin, bei eBay für'n Fünfer zu bekommen

(P.S.: das Thema gabs schon mal - Suche benutzen!!)

Jo aber auch bei NEC ist es mitunter wichtig den absolut aktuellsten Treiber zu installieren...hatte das schonmal das ein Video-USB Grabber Stick deswegen nicht lief. Die mitgelieferten sind meistens ziemlich veraltet.

Seit wann gibts ausser für vielleicht W98 Treiber für die Dinger?
Dachte USB wird von Microsoft geregelt.

brauche die beigelegten Treiber auch nich, da Windows sie von allein installiert, bis jetzt keine Probleme gehabt
